Chef Martin Corso
Bringing his deep Italian heritage into his daily cuisine, Chef Martin Corso has built his career around his love of pairing food and wine. Upon graduation from Johnson & Wales Culinary program, Chef Corso founded and maintained three successful restaurants throughout the East Coast. In 1999, he moved to Southern California where he has been able to further explore his career in the corporate world. Wanting to bring some of his own flare into his day-to-day work, he started The M Group, where he has been able to fulfill his passion sharing his love of food and wine with the Temecula Valley.

The M Group

The M Group started as a bonfire conversation one night and quickly took off into fruition. Initially starting as a Corporate Consultation company, Chef Martin wanted to be able to share his recipes with the Temecula Valley. Chef Corso, along with his children and family friends, opened up "The Studio" where he was able to host a humble crowd and show them that, they too, could be a chef in their own home. He showed his audiences that anyone can go to a local grocery store and make flavorful dishes, all without breaking the bank. Word of mouth quickly spread, and his monthly events were consistently sold out. Since then, The M Group has fed the Valley through catering events, "Get Sauced" at Danza Del Sol Winery (Temecula, CA), "Big Red Fest Deportola Wine Trail" representing with Masia de la Vinya and Danza del Sol, and many more. The M Group has recently brought more focus into wine pairings, and is constantly bringing focus on new trends in the industry bringing education and flavor to each event.
